Practice Homecoming!

For the past three weeks, our squadron has been temporarily deployed to Nellis AFB outside of Las Vegas preparing for their deployment at the end of the summer. They were gone for less than a month, but it's definitely felt like a long time. So we decided to go welcome them back at the jets as if they had been deployed for real. Consider it a dry run for this fall when we gather to celebrate their homecoming! It really wasn't a big deal, but I know our families back home will appreciate the pictures. So here they are!

Here they come!
We were all waiting with a cold drink for the guys who have been sitting in a jet for 7.5 hours

Excited to have him home! (The mustache was shaved off as soon as he got home. Muahahaha...)
